I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The rooms were cozy and clean, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. The location is super convenient, especially if you're catching a ferry, and the hotel is very dog-friendly. However, I did notice some noise at times in the room, which could be a bit of a drawback.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were excellent, with very comfortable beds, refurbished bathrooms, and a view. The spacious bathroom was a nice touch. The service was exceptional, with the staff being all helpful and friendly. The manager even went out of their way to assist in retrieving my delayed bag from the airport. The location was convenient, just a short walk from the ferry terminal and close to the center of Stornoway. The dining options were satisfying, and the overall value for money was great.
